It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

Well, today is my birthday, actually nothing changed but I know I got older one more year. sighhhh ( a big one)

I know birthdays are so much more than an "over the hill" Hallmark card. They are a celebration of life. A chance to reflect and hopefully look back and say, yes, I’ve done something meaningful with my life that made a difference. And birthdays are also a chance to spend more time with the people we love – for me that means more time with the loved ones

and I just want to thank God for his kindness, love and mercy on me for making me see another day..

I always wanted to prepaire a feature but I don't know why but I always felt lazy for it. So, rather than groaning about aging another year, I’ve decided to do something meaningful to mark this day. I wanted to prepaire a collection for my friends. This is my gift to you. I hope you like it
